Our property is located in a quiet position, roughly in the centre of the village of Kalamos, right on the sea, where the only thing separating us from it is a small clean pebble beach. It consists of three furnished apartment complexes, built with care and personal labour in traditional Pelion style, harmoniously joined with a garden of about two acres of olive trees, flowers, lemon trees, abundant greenery and many flagstone terraces.
The garden ends right at the beach, with no road in between, where sun loungers and umbrellas can be set up by us upon guests' request and at no extra charge. In our garden you'll easily find small shared corners with tables, ledges and chairs and plenty of shade, where you can quietly enjoy your coffee or drink while gazing at the Pagasitic sea and its calm, impressive sunsets.
In one corner of the garden, very close to the sea, there is a traditional oven and barbecue area for all guests, plus a large table in the shade — ideal for lunch or evening gatherings. Our property has covered parking spaces for most cars, while in various corners there are play areas with swings and seesaws for our young friends.
The common areas have free wireless internet, plus an "internet corner" in a specially arranged space near reception. Discreetly nearby you'll always find Mr Giorgos and Mrs Antonia, the owners, ready to help with any difficulty and to treat you to a chilled tsipouro with seafood meze. We operate only during the summer season, from 15 April to 15 October.

Departure on the last day must be before 12:00 noon. Luggage storage is available until your departure time.
Management reserves the right to change the room if necessary. Guests will be informed in advance.
Cancellation must be made at least 4 weeks before arrival. Deposit retained (4+ weeks before), 50% (4-2 weeks), 70% (2-1 weeks), 100% later.
All bookings are secured via credit card or bank transfer for confirmation and reservation of the room.
The guest is charged for any damage, theft or loss caused during their stay at the property.
Pets are allowed upon agreement with the management. Special accommodation areas are available.
Charge is per room, per night. Any incidental expenses are not included in the booking.

Kalamos is about 45 km from Volos (about 1 hour of beautiful driving via Argalasti, passing through or near beautiful Pelion villages such as Agria, Lechonia, Malaki, Gatzea, Kala Nera, Afyssos, Neochori, Syki).
From Volos you can also reach Argalasti by bus (frequent services) and from there to Kalamos by taxi (approx. €15).
Volos is 320 km from Athens (about 3.5 hours by car) and 220 km from Thessaloniki (about 2 hours by car), with regular intercity bus services.
The nearby Anchialos airport (about 20 km from Volos) is also a major gateway, connecting to several European airports (mainly Germany, Austria and Italy). From there you can rent a car or use local buses to Volos.
